SELLERS:

 

Please supply us with the following items:

1.       Lender name, loan number and customer service number for any existing deeds of trust on your property.  We will have you sign a Borrower’s Authorization so that the lender will release the pay off information to us.

2.   Contact numbers or email address so that we can keep you updated on the status of the closing. Several documents will require your original signature(s), notarized and returned prior to closing.

3.  Contact information for the company performing the termite inspection.

4.  If the property being sold is in a homeowner’s association or is a condominium, please order and provide the Homeowner’s Association Disclosure Package and/or Condominium Association Package to the buyer.

 

Please bring the following to your closing :

5. If you owe money to close, please let us know in advance. Any funds due at closing will need to be in the form of a cashiers check or wire.

6.  Photo identification.
